Beautiful Orthodoxy 2020
Postponed | See Message Below
With the continued spread of the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus) throughout the nation and growing public health concerns, the Executive team for the 2020 Beautiful Orthodoxy conference has made the difficult but necessary decision to postpone this year’s conference.
Although we are postponing the conference, we are reminded and encouraged that the work of beautiful orthodoxy in our denomination will continue through Christ’s ongoing work in His Kingdom. As Rev. Ray Cortese put it so aptly years ago, "Beautiful orthodoxy is about the wonder of our redemption, believing God is at work, longing for all things new, cheering each other on, and celebrating missional progress.”
At this time, the Executive team is planning to postpone the Beautiful Orthodoxy conference until October 2021. However, we are also prayerfully looking for ways to bless the church during this time and continue the conversation about a Beautifully Orthodox Church. There are some plans in the works.
Thank you for your understanding, and for your continued support of Beautiful Orthodoxy. We hope to see you at the 2021 conference. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
For the Kingdom,
Timothy Isaiah Cho, Conference Administrator, Beautiful Orthodoxy
